About Us
Village De Amor is a nonprofit fighting to end homelessness after foster care by empowering youth
We have a group home for teens in foster care aged 13-18 where we teach life skills and provide mentorship & support throughout their care and after.
Our programs revolve around improving the confidence, autonomy, and the quality of life for fostered teens.
We recognize that this population has gone underserved and under represented for too long. We have used that passion to establish a village comprised of community members eager to help them succeed. One that they can rely on well after they graduate from their time in foster care.
We believe that everyone regardless of their upbringing is deserving of love, compassion, happiness, wellness, and success.
Village De Amor is the name of the actual Nonprofit Organization represented by VDA's Angels. The separation of entities helps us to retain the anonymity of youth in our care for their privacy and safety while still having a recognizable public presence.

VDA's Angels connects Village De Amor with our community by fundraising and by facilitating public relations. We seek partnerships with leaders and entrepreneurs so that we may assist each other in our mutual goals to better our community.
We believe that the way to achieve prosperity for the growing generations of youth in foster care is by constructing a supportive community network. By nurturing these connections, we hope to uplift our youth and our community.
With the support of our village, we will be able to afford them more luxuries and comforts that may help them to feel more like family.
By gathering more resources, we will be able to fund more activities and programs that will directly improve the quality of life while in care and in preparation for when they age out.
Nobody's potential should be limited because of their time in foster care.
We aim to offer every opportunity for them to be happy and successful but
